john elcham is founder of southern cross romania, establishing the business in 2005. under his stewardship, southern cross has grown to be one of the largest private development and construction enterprises in romania.
john takes a keen interest in every facet of the business to ensure it meets its potential; cultivating long term and rewarding business relationships. john has more than 35 years in developments and construction projects here in romania and australia. this ranges from development, construction, acquisitions and supplier negotiation to government liaison and investor relations.
john is a certified formworker, concretor, steelfixer since 1987 and holds a building certificate and has been a certified builder since 1991.
louie nehme
chief financial officer
louie nehme joined southern cross romania in 2014, bringing with him a wealth of legal, financial and taxation expertise following his role as senior manager with accounting practice bonds street australia.
his experience with key clients including IBM, Microsoft, Telstra and Garmin provides in depth knowledge of coordinated engagements, involving multiple disciplines and jurisdictions. louie holds both a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting and Bachelor of Law from Macquarie University. southern cross romania benefits from his analytical, client-focused approach to business.
